Gutshof Bauer's Stuben in Venningen

On the last beautiful autumn day with the sun and restaurants that were still open, we were able to sit on the cozy terrace. The food was good as always, the service attentive and humorous despite the pandemic-related closure the following day. We look forward to the - hopefully more relaxed - spring.

Great kitchen, one of my favorite restaurants in the Palatinate. The staff is always friendly, quick and helpful. I can only recommend visiting the restaurant.

The food is really delicious there. The beer garden, but also the restaurant inside, is very cozy. The service is great. The only "disadvantage" is that it is sometimes a bit difficult to get a seat, which of course speaks for the restaurant. So that's not a minus point for us :)

As always, a detour to eat is always a pleasure, there is also local Palatinate food and specialties and the ambience is just great and the staff very friendly. Reservations are very important because the seats are popular.

Nice atmosphere and the food tastes great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The prices are a little too high in my opinion. You cannot make reservations either. This is unpleasant for people who have to travel a long way - you just try with luck. Hence a star deduction.

We stayed in the adjacent apartment for two nights. The apartment was very modern and lovingly decorated, everything was clean and new. You pay attention to the details here. Both evenings we were eating in Bauer's parlors and were also very satisfied there, nice service, delicious wine and food and good value for money. There is a point deduction because I personally think that the breakfast was too expensive, even though there was nothing missing and everything was fresh.

Top food. One of the best creamy asparagus soups I've ever had as a starter. Super nice and funny service. Particularly important also brisk! Super nice ambience like now outside in summer. Gladly again. So off to Bauer's parlors!

We were very impressed. Everything is perfect. The quality of the dishes is simply excellent, and the right wines are recommended. The staff is attentive and very nice. Here more is done than just satisfying the guest. There is no better way to dine ... wine bought right away. You can only recommend this. As I said it was a successful Saturday evening. You definitely have new regulars

The restaurant really impressed me. Top recommendation in the Palatinate. Great service, excellent food and reasonable prices. Rightly, this restaurant is found in the relevant restaurant guides again. The rump steak was delicious and incredibly tender.

Visiting the barn as a closed society we got to know the Bauer's. Cozy, original and personal. Friendly service and delicious food! There was nothing wrong with us. Pictures say more than a thousand words. Rightly a frequently excellent restaurant! We will be back in summer at the latest.

We were in a group of seven people today. Although we had not reserved, a table was right for us. The service was really super friendly. The drinks arrived within a short time. Also the food here is very delicious. The ratio of quantity to price is correct. I can only recommend to everyone. What I would like to mention here, we were a good 4 hours here and although there was a lot of crowds and places were scarce, we were not asked to clear the tables, since we were actually finished. I really liked such hospitality.
